Our latest version of the D-TEC Flexliner Coil scrap tipper was awarded 2nd prize in the International Trailer Award election, in the “Body” category, in September 2024.
Our engineers succeeded in making it technically possible to carry coils (steel coils) as return cargo, without interrupting the chassis structure. This thanks to the ingenious invention of positioning two wedge structures on the floor of the body. With additional benefits: optimum chassis torsional rigidity and improved tipping stability. In addition, the strength of the chassis is maintained.

With this solution, we reduce the CO2 footprint and contribute to transport efficiency by being able to take coils as return cargo after delivering scrap to steel mills.

Safe tipping
